Les Savy Fav
New Les Savy Fav album is a little ‘meh’ for my taste, which is surprising after the last amazing record. Not enough of the picky Johnny Marr-esque melodies from before and really when that’s gone, all you’re left with is Tim Harrington screaming at you from the stage while you wince in pain. Still, a couple of standout tracks punctuate what could have been.. well, just that I guess. “What could have been”. (Wow, this was a really scathing review – sorry guys, good work though!)
