While every music blogger this side of Pitchfork stammers to put together their top 100 songs of the year (who even has time to go through all those anyway?), we just say fuck it – whatever Captured Tracks puts out is the best album that month. Seriously, have they ever put something bad out? They just released Wild Nothing’s new EP Golden Haze which should get you through the holidays and out the other side in one piece, but after that you’re on your own. Did we mention they put out the Beach Fossils 7″ we wrote about yesterday as well? Yup..
